The air-cooled chiller uses a 304 stainless steel water tank evaporator. In the refrigeration system, the refrigerant evaporates in the heat exchange tube and the water flows on the side of the water tank, which improves the heat exchange efficiency. In addition, in order to maintain a stable working temperature, the evaporator shell is covered with insulation material and the heat exchange tube uses a high-efficiency seamless copper tube. The inner groove of the tube forms an internal threaded fin to increase the heat exchange area with the refrigerant. Through this technology, the heat transfer area is doubled, greatly improving the heat transfer efficiency.
