1.Basic working principle
The core principle of the integrated hot and cold industrial chiller is based on the heating wire, which uses the dual working modes of refrigeration cycle and heating cycle to achieve hot and cold regulation.
Cooling mode:
The refrigeration part of the chiller is similar to that of a conventional chiller, and usually uses a refrigeration cycle system consisting of a compressor, condenser, evaporator, and expansion valve. Through the refrigeration cycle, heat is taken away from the water to reduce the water temperature. The refrigeration system can absorb heat in the cycle through refrigerants (such as R134a, R410A, etc.) and release it to the environment, thereby achieving a cooling effect.
Heating mode:
The heating part uses a heating wire (electric heating element), which is heated by an electric current, thereby transferring heat directly to the cooling water. The heating wire heating system does not rely on an external heat source, so the water temperature can be adjusted quickly and accurately, especially in winter or low temperature environments to provide stable heating capacity.
Main components:
Refrigeration cycle system of chiller:
Compressor: By compressing the refrigerant, the refrigerant gas is compressed and the temperature is increased.
Condenser: Here, the refrigerant gas releases heat and condenses into liquid refrigerant.
Expansion valve: The pressure of the refrigerant is reduced through the expansion valve, and the refrigerant liquid begins to evaporate, absorbing heat to achieve a cooling effect.
Evaporator: In the evaporator, the refrigerant liquid evaporates and absorbs heat, and the water is cooled to the required low temperature.
Temperature control system:
Combined with temperature sensors and controllers, precise temperature regulation is achieved. The temperature control system will automatically switch between cooling and heating modes according to the set temperature to maintain stable operation of the chiller.
